  • According to the Crimes Against Children Research Center, 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 20 boys is a victim of child sexual abuse.

  • 60% of youth who sexually abuse have also been abused
  • 80% of youth who cause sexual harm have experienced domestic violence
  • Females who cause sexual harm have a rising prevalence nation wide.
  • Differentiating between appropriate sexual play and inappropriate behaviors can be difficult
